My work is a reflection of my great admiration of our world’s natural beauty. Fantasy is often intertwined with reality, as I combine the beauty within with the beauty without in vibrant colour. Even my most abstract paintings often end up resembling some part of our world, although not always intentionally. I express my vision of the surrounding land and waterscapes in minimal detail, and maximum texture in a modern-abstract style. I am currently exploring the more fantastical and abstract interpretations of nature. After leaving my career in business, I rediscovered my gift for the fine arts, and am now determined to help others discover their own unique abilities. I have a particular interest in inspiring people to dig deep and discover their hidden talents, and to bring them a hope that is much too often lost or forgotten.
